CompassSport Final
As I am sure you are aware the Compass Sport Cup/Trophy Final will be held at Long Valley North, Aldershot on Sunday 14th of December 2014.
WIM are competing in the Trophy Final this year and with Long Valley being only approximately 1.5 hours away along the M3 we would hope to see as many members as possible running for us. The Club will pay the entry fee and hopefully if we can get a full turnout we should do well.
I attach the entry form which gives full details of which course you should run together with the clubs competing in the Cup and Trophy Final although final details for the event will be posted on the SN web site shortly. All runners competing on the in Compass Sport Cup/Trophy plus the Yellow course must enter in advance.
I have to complete our entry form by 29th November and I would therefore appreciate it if you could let me know as soon as possible if you are able to run together with your BOF and SI numbers. You will see that we have been allocated some start times and to obtain one of these it will be on a first come first served basis. Otherwise just let me know if you would like an early, middle or late start and I will then see what I can do. Extra slots will be allocated to us as needed in due course and once all clubs have declared their runners. Email address is

Additions/subtractions can be accommodated up to December 7, after which it will not be available to make any changes.
Start times will not be changed after December 7. Runners turning up late may have a long wait for a slot to appear in the start list as we have to keep runners from the same club a reasonable time apart. This event is a timed start, not punching and most courses will be full, due to the short daylight hours at this time of year.
